I did not receive on-boarding email
First, check your SPAM folder. If not in SPAM, you may need to check with your email service provider (your internal IT Support, probably).
You may request for on-boarding email again by providing your email address, but if it will not work if the previous email delivery was unsuccessful due to technical issues (bounced, email quota exceeded, etc.)
